TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and CHANGE BECOMES YOU LLC (“Change Becomes You,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates the Meg Adamson Hypnotherapy and Change Becomes You brands.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites, hypnotherapy services, programs, courses, digital products, hypnosis recordings, educational materials, and related offerings.

Our websites and digital properties include megadamsonhypnotherapy.com, programs.megadamsonhypnotherapy.com, and associated pages operated by CHANGE BECOMES YOU LLC.

By accessing our websites, creating an account, purchasing a product or program, booking or purchasing a service, or using our materials or services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or purchase our products or services.

  1. ABOUT OUR SERVICES

CHANGE BECOMES YOU LLC provides hypnotherapy services through the Meg Adamson Hypnotherapy brand and educational programs, digital products, hypnosis recordings, personal-development resources, and related offerings through the Change Becomes You brand.

Our offerings may include private hypnotherapy services, self-guided programs, educational materials, audio recordings, videos, workbooks, exercises, digital downloads, and other personal-development and wellness resources.

Specific features, content, access periods, eligibility requirements, and prices for individual offerings will be described on the applicable website, sales page, enrollment page, service agreement, or checkout page.

  1. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND HEALTH, MEDICAL & PSYCHOTHERAPY DISCLAIMER

Meg Adamson is a clinical hypnotherapist and does not practice medicine, psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapy, or other licensed mental-health or medical treatment. She is not a licensed psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, or other licensed medical or mental-health provider.

Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, psychological treatment, or other appropriate licensed healthcare.

No hypnotherapy service, program, hypnosis recording, digital product, educational material, website content, or other offering provided by CHANGE BECOMES YOU LLC or Meg Adamson is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, psychological condition, mental-health condition, or medical condition.

Participation in hypnotherapy, use of a hypnosis recording, or participation in a Change Becomes You program does not create a physician-patient, psychotherapist-patient, psychologist-patient, psychiatrist-patient, or other licensed healthcare-provider relationship.

Information provided through our websites, programs, recordings, emails, educational materials, and related resources is intended for educational, personal-development, wellness, and self-improvement purposes and should not be interpreted as individualized medical, psychological, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic advice.

If you have a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental-health condition or concern, you are encouraged to seek guidance from alicensed healthcare professional. Decisions regarding medical or mental-health treatment should be made in consultation with the appropriate licensed provider.

  1. HYPNOSIS RECORDING SAFETY

Hypnosis, guided relaxation, and related audio recordings should only be used in an appropriate and safe environment where you can comfortably relax and safely direct your attention inward.

Do not listen to hypnosis or deep-relaxation recordings while driving, operating machinery, performing tasks requiring your full attention, or in circumstances where reduced external attention could create a safety risk.

You are responsible for selecting an appropriate environment and circumstances in which to use recordings and program materials.

If you have questions about whether hypnosis or a particular program is appropriate for you because of a medical or mental-health condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional of your choosing.

  1. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS

Hypnotherapy, hypnosis, education, personal development, business development, and subconscious-change work are individual experiences.

Examples, testimonials, client stories, case examples, or descriptions of outcomes represent individual experiences and are not guarantees that every person will achieve the same or similar results.

Results depend upon numerous individual factors, including participation, implementation, personal circumstances, goals, decisions, prior experience, and factors outside our control.

CHANGE BECOMES YOU LLC does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, professional, health, financial, business, relationship, or other result from receiving hypnotherapy services, participating in a program, purchasing a product, listening to a recording, or using our educational materials.

  1. BUSINESS, FINANCIAL, AND PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION

Some Change Becomes You programs, products, or materials may discuss topics including business development, marketing, confidence, leadership, money, receiving, career development, entrepreneurship, visibility, sales, or related subjects.

Such information is provided for educational and personal-development purposes and does not constitute financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, or other regulated professional advice.

Any references to income, business growth, clients, sales, revenue, financial outcomes, career development, or other results are illustrative or educational and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of earnings or financial results.

You remain responsible for your own business, financial, professional, career, and personal decisions.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

Unless otherwise expressly stated, our digital programs and consumer products are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

By purchasing or using an offering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  1. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed before purchase and may change at any time for future purchases.

By purchasing a product, program, or service, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the stated purchase price, including applicable taxes and any agreed installment payments.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, a payment plan is a method of paying an agreed total purchase price over time. Discontinuing participation in a program does not, by itself, cancel the remaining payment obligation.

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, access to a program or product may be suspended while the payment remains outstanding, subject to applicable law and the specific terms of the offering.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND PROGRAM ACCESS

When you purchase a digital product or program, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own individual personal use, subject to these Terms and the terms presented with the specific offering.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Program access may be subject to an access period stated on the applicable sales page, offer page, or checkout page.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Your account and purchased materials are for your individual use. You may not share login information, recordings, downloads, videos, workbooks, or other purchased materials with another person unless we expressly authorize such sharing in writing.

  1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refund eligibility, if any, will be stated on the applicable sales page, checkout page, enrollment page, client agreement, or offer terms at the time of purchase.

Because many of our offerings provide immediate access to proprietary digital materials, hypnosis recordings, downloads, videos, workbooks, or course content, purchases may be non-refundable except where a refund is expressly offered or applicable law requires otherwise.

Please review the refund and cancellation terms displayed for a particular offering carefully before completing your purchase.

Where an offering includes a stated refund period or satisfaction policy, the specific terms of that policy govern the purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the websites, programs, products, materials, and content provided by CHANGE BECOMES YOU LLC are owned by or licensed to CHANGE BECOMES YOU LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Audio and video materials
  • Program and course lessons
  • Lectures and educational materials
  • Workbooks and exercises
  • Worksheets and trackers
  • Frameworks and methodologies
  • Written materials
  • Graphics, photographs, and designs
  • Downloads and digital resources
  • Website content
  • Branding
  • Program materials
  • Proprietary methods and terminology to the extent protected by applicable law

Materials are provided solely for the permitted use associated with the offering you purchased or accessed.

Except where expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, license, teach, adapt, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative commercial products from our proprietary materials.

You may not make purchased course content, recordings, workbooks, downloads, or account credentials available to another person.

  1. SUBCONSCIOUS PARTNERSHIP METHOD™

The Subconscious Partnership Method™, together with associated original educational frameworks, terminology, written materials, exercises, program structures, recordings, and methodologies, is proprietary to CHANGE BECOMES YOU LLC to the extent protected by applicable law.

Your purchase of or participation in a program incorporating the Subconscious Partnership Method™ gives you permission to use the materials for the personal purposes described in that offering.

It does not grant you the right to reproduce, distribute, teach, certify others in, train others in, license, sell, commercially adapt, or otherwise commercially use the Subconscious Partnership Method™ or its proprietary materials unless expressly authorized by CHANGE BECOMES YOU LLC in writing.

  1. CHANGE BECOMES YOU PROGRAMS

Programs offered within the Change Becomes You ecosystem, including The Freedom Method and other current or future programs, may contain proprietary combinations of education, hypnosis, subconscious-change practices, exercises, workbooks, integration practices, and other materials.

Enrollment in one program provides access only to the materials and benefits expressly included with that program.

Access to one program does not automatically provide access to other programs, products, recordings, private hypnotherapy services, or future offerings.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use our websites, platforms, programs, products, and services only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our websites or platforms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Distribute malicious software or harmful code
  • Misuse or unlawfully reproduce website or program content
  • Scrape, systematically download, or extract protected materials
  • Circumvent technological measures used to protect our content
  • Use our materials in a way that infringes our intellectual-property rights or the rights of another person
  • Use our services or materials in violation of applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably determine that these Terms have been materially violated, subject to applicable law.

Testimonials, reviews, client experiences, and transformation stories displayed on our websites, sales pages, social-media channels, advertisements, emails, or marketing materials describe the experiences of particular individuals.

Individual experiences vary.

Testimonials should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or representations that another person will experience identical or similar results.

Our websites and programs may use, integrate with, or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, software, websites, or services.

These may include services used for course delivery, website hosting, payment processing, email communications, scheduling, analytics, advertising, or other business functions.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, terms, privacy practices, or performance of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policies.

  1. WEBSITE AND PROGRAM AVAILABILITY

We may update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue portions of our websites, programs, platforms, or digital materials from time to time.

We may also perform maintenance or make technological changes that temporarily affect access.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the products and program access described at the time of purchase, but continuous or uninterrupted access to websites or third-party technology platforms cannot be guaranteed.

Where a material change affects a paid offering, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve the substance of the offering purchased, subject to circumstances outside our reasonable control and applicable law.

  1. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, participation, and implementation of information presented through our hypnotherapy services, programs, products, recordings, and educational materials.

Our programs and materials are designed to provide education, tools, experiences, and resources. You remain responsible for determining how and whether to apply those materials to your own circumstances and for obtaining appropriate professional care or advice where needed.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CHANGE BECOMES YOU LLC and its owner, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use our websites, programs, products, recordings, services, or materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchased digital product or program will not exceed the amount you paid to CHANGE BECOMES YOU LLC for that product or program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHANGE BECOMES YOU LLC and its owner, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of our websites, programs, products, materials, or services or your material violation of these Terms.

Where a specific written agreement governing private hypnotherapy services or a particular offering contains terms that differ from these general Terms, the specific agreement will govern that offering to the extent of the inconsistency.
